Baby/Child Dedication Form

At Blaze Church, we view baby and child dedication as a meaningful commitment where parents choose to cultivate a Christ-centered home, creating the best opportunity for their child to one day place their faith in Jesus. This dedication is primarily about the family committing to follow Jesus, declaring, “Lord, this child belongs to You, and we will raise them to know You.”

Because dedication is an intentional act of faith, we believe it is meant for parents who are actively following Jesus. It is important to understand that dedication does not bring salvation or spiritual protection to the child. However, it is a sacred moment in which families position themselves to pursue God’s best and invite His blessings as they prioritize Jesus in their lives.

Recognizing the importance of Christian community, we ask that families be part of Blaze Church for at least three months before participating in a dedication. We believe a strong connection to a local church is essential for a child’s spiritual growth.
